"I give sports clips a 3 or 4 and Rachel the wonderful lady cutting my hair a 5! The only reason ill go back to sports clips is if she is cutting my hair."

"Signed in online, was told to be there by 1:37. I get a text at 1:16 that my stylist will be ready in 10 minutes. I get there on time luckily My stylist Katie approaches the kiosk "is there a Bruce here?" I say I'm Bruce, she looks at me blankly and says nothing. A few moments pass and she looks at me like I'm supposed to know she is ready without informing me. We get to the chair and she asks what I want done. I tell her I just want my neck line cleaned up an a few inches off the top. She tells me that will look bad and won't blend well. I try to explain I just comb my hair back and she was bewildered or not used to giving males haircuts besides a buzz or a crew cut. I'd say avoid Katie and ask for someone with more experience. Tldr rude and very unhelpful staff. Won't work with you to help find a style that works and will only tell you what will look bad."

"Worst wait time ever! Great staff but never staffed enough no matter how many times we try. Dont recommend it unless you like waiting two hours."

"I set up my profile online and was able to check in before getting there. They gave me the estimated time after checking in so when bringing my 2.5yr old we didn't have to sit and wait long. Super easy profile setup and very convenient check in process. We had stylist Katie C who did an amazing job. I had gone elsewhere prior to this cut and was not impressed. (Had been referred to her by a friend). Cut was quick she was great with my little one and had tons of patience! I told her what I was looking for in a cut and she new exactly (turning out as I exactly hoped). Will definitely refer and be back."

"Today was my first time patronizing your establishment. I've seen and heard a lot of ads lately so I thought I would give it a try. I walked in to an empty waiting area, and 1 person getting their hair cut. The stylist greeted me by asking if I was on "the list". As a first time customer I don't know what "the list" is so I said no. She informed me that because I was not on "the list", I would be refused service. I was unaware that it is your company policy to refuse service to paying customers, especially new customers. That seems to be a rather negative business plan. It seems like a nice place, but I will not be going out of my way to go there again."
