I checked in online this morning and was told as long as i return within 60 minutes of the time that showed up when i checked in i would be at the front of the line. Somehow the system "lost" my reservation, even though i showed them i called earlier in the morning and spoke to someone the same time i checked in online. They said "they didn't get any phone calls" even me showing it to them on my phone. instead of offering to take care of me, they said to get to the back of the line (2+ hour wait) or leave the store. Also I noticed that the store does not meet health department standards, similar to their cosmetology license by the door which lists 3 violations. I will be contacting the health department as well.

The haircut was fine, but I felt very uncomfortable with my stylist. I think about 3 sentences were exchanged between us. I wasn’t asked ever about the mvp, I normally get. At the end of the haircut, I was asked if I wanted a shampoo. I declined because I was uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave. Normally the staff is friendly and nice. Not this time. I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back to pay for that expensive of a buzz cut with that experience.

This checking in online is very frustrating for some of us that are not tech savvy. I have repeatedly tried to check 3 of us in and it won't show me the waiting list.
