I checked in online this morning and was told as long as i return within 60 minutes of the time that showed up when i checked in i would be at the front of the line. Somehow the system "lost" my reservation, even though i showed them i called earlier in the morning and spoke to someone the same time i checked in online. They said "they didn't get any phone calls" even me showing it to them on my phone. instead of offering to take care of me, they said to get to the back of the line (2+ hour wait) or leave the store. Also I noticed that the store does not meet health department standards, similar to their cosmetology license by the door which lists 3 violations. I will be contacting the health department as well.

In store reservation for both me and my teenage son. Initial 36 minute wait so we left and came back. Saw our names on screen mine with still 16 minutes and his was 37 so we sat in store to wait the remaining time. My time was to be up and instead, I received a cancellation message through my phone number I used in store to reserve my spot. I was greatly alarmed. Demanded to know why I was cancelled and all the one stylist did was shrug at me. Both me and my son stormed out. They just lost two customers. Hope they sit their butts the rest of the day! All three stylists had nippy messy hair, not the way to present that they could even give a good cut! Will never try any salon of this chain ever!

I brought my 2 year old in for a hair cut and was refused service because he wouldn't keep his mask on. I felt this request was unreasonable given my child's age. Beware, if you are bringing young children that they are not allowed to remove their mask. EVEN if the MN State guidelines don't require them for toddlers and World Health Organization and American Academy of Pediatrics don't recommend them.
